I became a Sex Therapist ,

To give myself language to process shameful erotic memories/thoughts, build the bridge between shame & desire, and reconnect with the sexual self that I wanted to embody.

Not a script, or someone else’s expectations of who I should be sexually. Desires fully my own to notice, take responsibility for, and possibly act on.

How would your life change if you owned what you desire, freely and with the knowing, that simply desiring does not take away or diminish the desires of others? Desire belongs to everyone.

Let’s be real, many of us received a less than comprehensive sex education. And probably even less of us received a conversation around — desire, arousal, navigating differences in sexual functioning, the psycho-bio-social influence on painful sex & sexual functioning challenges, or how to productively have conversations about sex with our partner that leave us feeling closer instead of alienated.

What you can expect from me.

A safe container to explore the myriad of feelings, thoughts, and internal belief systems that arise when investigating -- what we want, what informs our wants, how can we get what we want, and what does it mean for us/our relationships that we want this.  

I’m here to help.

When I’m not in session; I spend my time in pilates or yoga, attempting a new ikebana technique, a love letter to self, as a constant reminder of the ways creativity flows through me, or gleefully consuming true crime, cult documentaries, or campy horror films.
